The new tabbing rules for folded self-mailers is now 2 tabs placed within 1" of the right and left edge.
This is an example of how NOT to place your tabs. They are too close to the center.
The new tabbing rules for 2013 now require 2 tabs on a folded self-mailer placed 1" from the right and left edge.
