Join Urologist Dr. Kparker to learn what good prostate health involves as well as how to maintain a healthy prostate and deal one of the most common problems, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or an enlarged prostate gland at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28 in the Community Room at Porter Regional Hospital, 85 East US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.

Dunes Birding: A Crash Course

Join Dunes State Park Interpreter, Brad Bumgardner, for a little introduction to all things birding. We'll cover everything from the history of ornithology, common dune birds, bird banding, leading bird walks, and more.
