The Position
- Cleaning homes in Valparaiso, IN and surrounding communities.
- We work as 2 or 3 person teams
What we are offering
- $9.50 Starting wage (May be higher for professional experience)
- Performance review/eligible for wage increase after 60 days
- Performance/incentive bonuses
- We pay by the hour... you get paid whether you are cleaning or driving (we provide vehicle) to the next job
- Paid holidays after 90 days
- 1 Week paid vacation after 1 year
- 2 Weeks paid vacation after 3 years
- Company vehicle &/or mileage reimbursement
What we need from you
- A friendly personality
- A positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm availability
- No criminal record
- Valid driver's license
- Live within 20 miles of Valparaiso, IN
- Excellent work ethic
