With a new year comes new developments and with the Lakes of Valparaiso, big things are underway for 2016.
The first major milestone to be completed is the Lakes of Valpo Clubhouse, a premium building with state of the art features available for all residents to take advantage of. Set to be completed in February, the clubhouse will officially host their grand opening in March.
The clubhouse is set to provide a series of features and amenities for residents to take advantage of during all seasons. Featuring floor-to-ceiling glass spans the clubhouse providing a view of the apartments and the rest of the neighborhood. The clubhouse also features a pool as well as expanded deck and grass areas, cabanas, a fire pit and grilling stations to utilize during the warmer months, perfect for gatherings for friends and family.
Inside the clubhouse offers a blend of rustic and contemporary designs for its interior featuring open beams, stonework and a gourmet demo kitchen. Along with this. the clubhouse features other highlights including a spacious and open Lounge Area, Dining Area, fitness center featuring equipment and space for activities such as yoga and pilates.
For more interactive entertainment, a designated movie and gaming area is available for movie nights with friends as well as gaming opportunities for multiplayer fun. To accompany all of this, the clubhouse features wall-to-wall wireless offering high-speed internet for entertainment and communication needs.
Construction has been steadily progressing as the clubhouse nears completion. It is the first building set to be completed for the Lakes of Valparaiso and is also the first building set to be open to residents who want a preview of what the atmosphere and a setting of Lakes of Valparaiso will be, a premium, yet comfortable living experience located closely to all of the amenities and benefits that the Valparaiso community offers.
For those still interested in the Lakes of Valparaiso community, the time to sign up is now, as the remaining spots are filling up quickly despite the first set of housing not being completed yet.
