Recently, Century 21 Alliance Group in Valparaiso received the prestigious Ambassador’s Award, making them one of only 11 offices nationwide that received the Ambassador’s Award this year.
The award is given out to recognize continued success in delivering exceptional quality service while maintaining superior production. The Ambassador Award honors those offices who have achieved the highly sought-after President’s Award five times in the past seven years, including the current awards year. Presented one time only, the award exemplifies Century 21 Alliance Group’s repeated commitment to its customers and the CENTURY 21 System.
“It's such an honor to achieve this award since it is only bestowed upon companies that have both top sales production and outstanding customer service,” said Jeanne Sommer, owner of Century 21 Alliance Group. “We’re proud of the production we’ve had, but the quality service is what we’re most focused on and most proud of.”
The awards are based on production numbers as well as surveys that are given out by Century 21’s corporate office to customers at closings. The awards, which are handed out each year, are based around the agent, team and office feedback contained in those surveys.
“This award, based on surveys that our clients received and filled out, shows the excellent customer service that our agents provided,” Sommer added. “We are very proud to be only one of 11 offices nationwide to win this award.”
Alliance Group agents, and the Quality Service Producers and Pinnacle Producers, that helped make this possible go above and beyond every day to make sure their clients are satisfied. Some of these agents spoke about the Ambassador Award, what it means to them and what makes Century 21 Alliance Group special.

Chayhitz was also the sole recipient of the Century 21 - Masters Ruby award for her consistently high production, quality service and dedication.
