Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County is pleased to announce the newest edition to the organization’s family and Leadership Team. On November 16, 2015, Erin Steinhilber began her responsibilities as Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County’s Director of Human Resources.
“I am excited to announce Erin as part of our Boys & Girls Clubs’ team,” states Ryan Smiley, president of Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County. “Professional staff members are key to the success of our Club members. Erin’s expertise in the Human Resources industry will only strengthen our workforce which, in turn, will help us in building GREAT Futures for our Club members.”
Erin Steinhilber has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She also is PHR and SHRM-CP Certified. Steinhilber recently worked for NIPSCO where she served as the liaison for Labor Relations and Human Resources for three coal fired power plants. She also worked for Opportunity Enterprises as a Human Resources Specialist. Additional experience includes warehouse, nonprofit, automotive, and utility industries.
“I look forward to working with and developing professional staff that have impactful relationships with our members,” states Erin Steinhilber.
Erin and her husband Aaron live in Chesterton, IN.
