Upcoming Events Planned at Confucius Institute at Valparaiso University

rot1Chinese guest artists from Beijing, Hangzhou, and Nanjing will delight audiences with traditional and contemporary works at the 7th annual Great Lakes Confucius Institute Music Festival, September 21-29 on the Valparaiso University campus. Instrumentalists and dancers will share the stage with a children’s choir, guest conductors, and premieres of commissioned new music on ancient themes. Also featured will be collaborations with the Windiana Concert Band, and 350 high school players from three states co-hosted by the Valparaiso University Symphony.
