The Law Office of Connie Bauswell will host a free workshop at Opportunity Enterprises to discuss Special Needs Trusts. The workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 1 from 5-7 p.m. at OE’s main building, located at 2801 Evans Avenue in Valparaiso.
OE holds free financial workshops, which are open to the public, on a quarterly basis to support the caregivers of people with disabilities. Speakers for the October 1st workshop will be Attorney Connie Bauswell and ARC Master Trust representative Melissa Justice. Discussion topics will include the difference between a Special Needs Trust and a Pooled Special Needs Trust, as well as other planning tools for families with a child with a disability.
