Girl Scouts throughout Valparaiso and Porter County will be taking orders for Girl Scout cookies until January 18th. In addition to the popular Thin Mints, Trefoils, and Samoas, a new cookie this year is the S’More, a sandwich cookie that blends the graham cracker, marshmallow, and chocolate flavors of campfire S’Mores.
2017 marks 100 years Girl Scouts have been selling cookies to raise funds for projects, trips, camping, and fun programs. This year cookies sell for $5.00 a box. To place your cookie order to support Valparaiso Girl Scouts call your favorite Girl Scout or phone Amanda Letany at 219-462-6430 by January 18th.
If you still need cookies after that date, Booth Sales will be held during the month of March in various locations throughout Valparaiso.
