Girl Scout troops in Valparaiso and Washington Twp. still have spots for girls who missed fall registration and would still like to join. Troops are available at most elementary schools for Daisy Girl Scouts (Kindergarten and 1st grade), Brownie Girl Scouts (2nd and 3rd grade) and Junior Girl Scouts (6-8 grade). Middle school girls can join Cadette troops. 9th and 10th Senior troops or 11th and 12th grade Ambassador troops have room for more interested girls.
Girl Scouting has developed girls into women of courage, character, and confidence for 105 years. It is the longest serving all-girl, volunteer led organization in the United States and around the world.
