Stop the Hush, a public event meant to open discussion about kids and drugs in Porter County, will take place at the Butterfield Pavilion in Valparaiso on August 5th from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. The show plans to open the lines of communication in Porter County regarding keeping kids safe from drugs, keep the lines of communication open, and help empower parents with plans of action for dealing with this problem. The event features an art show through which different aspects of drug use amongst kids will be portrayed along with statistics for our area, and also features discussions, booths, and keynote speaker Dr. Spitler, who will share his story. Come out and help us discuss important topics affecting Porter County!
