Porter County Parks and Recreation announces registration for their 2014 Summer Camps. “Camp FUNset” registration will take place on Saturday, April 19th from 9 am to noon in the Maintenance Building at Sunset Hill Farm County Park at 775 Meridian Road, Valparaiso. Participants can register for any of 8 fun-filled theme camps and receive a $5 discount of each camp when they come to registration on April 19th. After this, registration can be completed through the Porter County Parks & Recreation website, or through contacting the office.
Camp is open to grades 1-8 (2014-2015 school year). Students are welcome to register for as many of the camps as they wish throughout the summer. Each different session has an associated fee of $80. Camp FUNset takes place Monday through Thursday from 9 to 3 pm.
Different camp session themes will run weekly starting June 16th and concluding on August 7th. Themes include FUNset Olympics, Amazing Art, Pioneer Days, Animal Adventures, Wild Water and more! See our website at portercountyparks.org for camp fees, descriptions and dates.
