Members of the Valpariso Elks Club stand with children from Hilltop Too: Walt’s Place. The Elks Club donated $2,000 to the summer program so that children from Walt’s Place could have access to a free summer program filled with field trips, arts & crafts, recreational activities, and healthy snacks.
