REGIONAL Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial institution serving Northwest Indiana for over 50 years, has stepped up once again to help their community. With help from their members, they were able to raise $500 for the Valparaiso Schools Foundation.
The Foundation helps provide classroom grants, scholarships and more for local teachers and students. “This is something REGIONAL is proud to do, and we are thankful to our members who helped us raise the money one penny at a time. Without the support from our members REGIONAL wouldn’t be as active as we are in the communities we serve,” says Kevin Kosek, Director of Business Development. “Being a part of the community is just fundamental in who we are. From raising money for local causes to volunteering, REGIONAL wants to show through our actions that we are part of the Valparaiso community.”
