As we partner with our local schools, please look at this event for Hayes Leonard elementary:
The Hayes Leonard Elementary School PTO is excited to be holding Casino Night on Friday, May 2nd at the Old Town Banquet Center from 7pm to 11pm. We will be having a band, real game casino play and a live and silent auction. We are looking for volunteers to help put on this event. It is going to be a fun filled date night for parents, friends and the entire Valparaiso Community.
We are also looking for Casino table sponsors and celebrity dealers. If you or your company sponsor a table, you get to be the casino dealer for the night. In addition, we are also looking for advertisers for the Hayes Kids Magazine and auction items. Do you have any sporting tickets, frequent flier miles, timeshare weeks or anything else you would like to donate for the auction? It is tax deductible. Proceeds from this event will be going to purchase much needed furniture for the school. This is a great way to advertise your business, as this event is open to the entire Valparaiso Community. All magazine advertisement will need to be submitted by February 1st.
Tickets will be available shortly for $50 per person for a player's ticket. This ticket will include appetizers and $50 of game play. A $30 non-player ticket will also be available, which will include appetizers.
