Porter County Community Foundation Awards Grant to Family Concern Counseling

FCC-2104Family Concern Counseling (FCC) was presented with a Community Fund grant from the Porter County Community Foundation to purchase video and sound equipment for the organization's play-therapy rooms. The new technology will help FCC to accommodate a growing need for its services and enable counselors to better interact and provide guidance to families during counseling sessions.

The Porter County Community Foundation awards Community Fund grants each year to support the critical work that is being done by nonprofit organizations throughout Porter County. This grant making is made possible by the generosity of the numerous individuals, family and businesses. Last year, the Foundation was able to provide more than $1.8 million in grants and scholarships.
