A Special Message from Ellen Demartinis
As you may know, on August 15th I was selected to serve Opportunity Enterprises as the Interim CEO. I am both humbled and honored to lead OE through this time of transition, and I want to thank our Board members for the support and encouragement they are providing.
As we move forward, please know that we are fully dedicated to our current five year strategic plan and will continue our work to be a premier provider for people with disabilities, a thought leader in our industry, and a best place to work in Northwest Indiana.
I have been a part of the OE family since 1993, and during that time I have seen this organization grow and evolve into an extraordinary place for children and adults with disabilities from across Northwest Indiana. Our unwavering commitment to the people we serve will never change. No matter what changes we experience, our participants continue to be our first priority, and are at the forefront of everything we do.
