The Power of Youth council consists of students from every Porter County high school who exhibit a passion for community through service and leadership.
Power of Youth offers students a chance to become advocates on issues that affect teens in our community. With their current focus of building self-esteem in teens, they conduct fundraisers and allocate funds to community programs that benefit their cause. They also do community service projects, build leadership skills, have access to a larger network of like-minded teens and the opportunity to learn from the United Way of Porter County.
