On Thursday, September 10th, William Higbie and Brenda Sheetz of the Porter County Community Foundation visited the Independent Cat Society in order to present a $2500 Grant check for Spay/Neutering funding to ICS Grant Chair, Roberta Jocius and ICS Board Members, Joan Hildebrand and Carol Albrecht. While they were there they spent some time visiting the ICS' Rainbow Bridge Garden and stopped in the Garden to have some photographs taken. The Independent Cat Society thanks them for their generosity and time.
