Habitat extends our thanks to all of the volunteers who dedicated the time to make this home a reality for the Partner Family. Many suppliers and contractors also contributed to the completion of this home by their hard work and contribution. Thank you everyone!

America was built on the spirit of volunteerism and so was our community. Now is an exciting time to celebrate the completion of this olunteer Build. Volunteer service is everyone’s responsibility and each of us can make a difference. Putting our faith into action is one of Habitat’s founding principles.

Habitat for Humanity of Porter County is a non-profit Christian based organization that builds houses with lower income families. The houses are funded by local donors and are built by volunteers and partner families from the community and sold at no profit – no interest to partner families in need. The mortgage payments made by homeowners are used to build more houses.
