Calvary Link: We’re Dreaming

Calvary-Link-Good-to-be-HomeI'm sure you have noticed how crowded it is on Sunday mornings at Calvary Church. Wow! Our combined weekend worship attendance is closing in on the 1500 mark, and last Sunday, we had a record number of kids worshipping in The Well. The most important thing to me is that each worshipper represents a life that is being changed by the gospel! That is our greatest passion here at Calvary, changing lives FOREVER!

I want to assure you that our leadership is dreaming big and working hard to prepare for the future. Our elder chair, Jon Costas, has been working very closely with our staff team as we pray, dream, and plan for even more changed lives for God's glory. We are doing our homework, and I can't wait to share some of our dreams with you!! In the meantime, we do have more space in our 8:15a service if you need some elbow room.

This Sunday, I'm going to open the Word and preach on joy as we conclude the book of Philippians (and get ready for a new book and sermon series). Together we'll worship the one who gives us strength to be content in Him. Keep fighting for joy! And remember you are not alone on this joy journey!

P.S. We need to get 100 more concertgoers to make Friday night a sellout crowd! More about the benefit concert below...

Get in on a Rooted discussion in room 403 from 9:30a-11a.
