Calvary Link: Return to Me

Calvary-Link-Good-to-be-HomeI still remember the words to an old hymn I used to sing in church when I was a young boy: "Prone to wander, Lord I feel it, prone to leave the God I love." If we are honest, we have all felt that way. The lure of the world, the lies of the Evil One, and the lusts of our own hearts pull at us.

This is one primary reason we get together on Sunday, to encourage each other to persevere on the joy journey (Hebrews 10:22-25). It is my prayer that this series of messages in Malachi will encourage you wherever you are right now. So if you are on the right path and making progress or if you are stuck somewhere along the way, I am praying and working for your joy.

You should know that our recent Starting Point Membership Class "graduated" nearly 30 participants, and we have more than 50 already signed up for this Saturday's membership class! Just wow! We love God's family growing right before our very eyes. It is evident that God is at work in our midst.

I'm all in for your joy. Please pray for my joy as I pray for yours.

PS. Coming SOON you will be hearing more STORIES about changed lives at Calvary. We've been working on this for a while--can't wait to share more!
