The Psalms are the music of summer for us this year and I love it. There is so much to look forward to this season—more God Songs, our big Father’s Day in the Park, and lots of events to help you and your family make new friends here at Calvary. (Remember what I said on Sunday, we need friends who share our delight in God, and there are so many delighted people here!)
Our staff is helping Steven Burkholder, our new Assistant Director of Worship, get settled in. Steven and his wife Taylor have been warmly welcomed by our church family—thank you! You may also see some other fresh faces at our summer events and on Sunday mornings. We have 6 interns in our program, and they are already jumping into ministry projects with zeal. They are eager to serve the church!
This Monday, June 5, marks the one-year anniversary of Even More. If you are planning to make a commitment, let us know by Monday so that your commitment can be included as we plan the main church expansion. We’re just months away from ground breaking! I’m already looking forward to Sunday worship with you, the people who take joy in the One who is my joy. If I can borrow a phrase from the writer of Hebrews, don’t give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, because you’ll miss the good stuff happening at church this summer! VBS 2017 is Coming

Try out our Life Groups format at Summer Life Nights. Share a meal, meet a few new people, and discuss an interesting topic. Summer Life Nights begin 6.7 and continue every other Wednesday until early August.
Father's Day in the Park
