Summer is Lake Michigan on a sunny day, a cold drink on the back deck at twilight, and best of all, Father’s Day in the Park! Our community worship service has become one of the highlights of the season for me. I can’t wait to see all of you at Central Park on Sunday!
Be sure to invite friends and family to join us at the park. I hear from so many people in our Calvary family that their first experience with our church was Father’s Day in the Park. Standing in the middle of downtown Valpo, surrounded by Christ-followers, worshipping God our Father is an event like no other.
This Sunday we are worshipping rain or shine. (If it rains, come to Calvary at 9:45a or 11:15a.) At Central Park, downtown favorite, Fluid, will be brewing up free coffee for us at 9:30a so come early to get a good spot on the lawn. The band will open up the worship service at 10:30a. See you there!
