We are right in the thick of VBS, and I cannot tell you how much fun these kids are having! All reports from the Galactic Starveyors observatory are that God is incredibly awesome and the kids are over the moon excited to discover more about who He is, what He’s done, and what He’s promised.
There is something inside of each one of our kids that cries out for love, security, and a sense of purpose. Something that is already searching for what is life all about and why they are here. We’re answering that question this week at VBS. God has a deep love for you. He created you to know how incredible and awesome He is, and to love Him back and enjoy Him forever. There certainly are a lot of ways to do that—and some of them involve making a huge mess and laughing until your stomach hurts.
VBS is the most exhausting and exhilarating week of the summer for the Calvary Kids staff and volunteers. Thank you for your prayers, the amazing, supportive comments you’ve made, and your partnership in sharing the good news that can change these young lives forever!
