May First Friday and Exhibit Opening of MCAS Elementary Artwork

rot4Lubeznik Center for the Arts will present a First Friday Poetry with returning host J.W. Baz, who has participated in many slams across the country. Poets are invited to showcase their works in a raucous audience-juried event. Poets who wish to participate should prepare three original pieces, each under 3 minutes in length. Each poet will be provided the opportunity to present one of their works. In tournament style, poets will be eliminated each round until one is left standing as the Poetry Slam Champion.
