Trim your tree with elegant handmade glass ornaments by George Bochnig. Purchase gifts from local artists, like Pam Huff of LaPorte. Her lovely pendants made from Lake Michigan beach glass and sterling silver make for an affordable and personal gift. For the little ones on your list, we have a variety of stuffed animals in our market, including Ann Thompson's sock animals. Part of the proceeds for Thompson's sales goes towards Sojourner Truth Foundation in Gary, IN.

Also, during First Friday, step down into the NIPSCO Art Education Studios for the opening of Inspired: Inspire, a show featuring artwork by MCAS art teachers.
