Travel south of the border as the Gloria de Mission presents an authentic Cinco de Mayo celebration. The fiesta will take place Sunday, May 6th, 2012 at noon, at Immanuel Lutheran School, 1700 Monticello Park Drive in Valparaiso.
The community is invited to experience food, fun, music and dancing at this annual family-friendly event.
An authentic Mexican meal will be served at noon with a free will offering accepted to cover the cost of the meal.
The Gloria de Hispanic folkloric dance group will delight the audience with their Mexican dances and traditional costumes.
Founded in 1994 the Gloria de Hispanic Mission offers a variety of services and classes to the community including a preschool, a tutoring program, English classes, Spanish classes, and Folkloric dance classes.
