Mark your calendar for Friday, November 8th and then get ready for a wonderful evening. The Porter County Chapter of the American Red Cross and Valparaiso Kiwanis Sunrise Club are hosting "Festival of Trees" and "Choc-O-Lots" again this year. The Old Town Banquet Center, 712 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN is the place to be. The delicious and memorable chocolate tasting will begin at 4:00 pm. The auction of beautifully decorated trees and wreaths will begin at 5:30 pm and will continue throughout the evening with items of gifts and holiday table and wall decor.
Tickets are on sale at 755 W Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN and are $10 each or $20 for a family of five (2 adults and 3 children). Tickets can also be purchased at the door.
Both of the partnering organizations support local communities with care and concern for small children, scholarships, disaster relief, military assistance, and lifesaving educational opportunities.
