Valparaiso Events is seeking contestants for the Cutest Baby Contest as part of the 36th Annual Valparaiso Popcorn Festival. Winning babies, along with their parents, will ride in the Popcorn Festival Parade on Saturday, September 6. Cutest Baby preliminaries will be held on Saturday, August 9 from 9-11 a.m. at Valparaiso City Hall, 166 Lincolnway in downtown Valparaiso, using the back entrance.
Registration forms will be completed upon arrival and there is a $10 registration fee. Porter County babies ages 9-24 months qualify for this contest. Babies will be judged on dress, facial appearance and personality.
