Saint Paul Catholic School Seeks Arts & Craft Vendors, Sponsors for Oktoberfest on Friday, October 3

2014-St-Paul-OktoberfestLast year, 800 attendees were attracted to Saint Paul Catholic School’s first-ever Oktoberfest. Organizers are projecting at least 1,000 attendees this year, making the affordable family event on Friday, October 3 a great opportunity for local arts and craft vendors and businesses seeking publicity through a sponsorship. The event will be held at 1755 West Harrison Boulevard in Valparaiso.

To fit budgets of all sizes, vendor booth space is just $25 each and sponsorships range from $75 to $1,000 with increasing levels of visibility. In addition to the artisan area, Oktoberfest 2014 will feature an authentic biergarten with craft beers from Shoreline Brewery, a German dinner, hayrides, live music by Jay Fox and the Bavarian Band, face painting, a bake sale, and the incredibly popular Gnome Zone for kids. For just $10 in advance and $13 at the event, kids receive a wristband entitling them to unlimited fun from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Gnome Zone. The Gnome Zone includes a petting zoo, three bounce houses, a 68-foot inflated obstacle course, a giant slide, a bungee run, and traditional festival games with prizes.
