Did you know we have a summer concert series? Yup! Every Friday and Saturday night we have live music playing for our guests from the area’s hottest musicians. Some of the great performing musicians include (but aren't limited to):

"We have always wanted to establish a music venue at Zao Island. We began the project around the start of the Summer and it has grown ever since." Don Wright, Owner of Zao Island said. "I met (Valparaiso-based musician) Rocco Calipari when our sons played hockey together when they were younger. When I thought of doing live music, he was one of the first people I called. He is a very impressive professional blues guitar player that knows all the great bands. His band Howard and The White Boys played the Chicago Blues Festival a few years back and we are glad to have him on the team."
Each night a different band plays. So gather your friends, grab a drink and some pizza, and enjoy the sounds of summer!
"The live music at Zao Island is another way we try to add energy and excitement to our facility. The bands were great choices made by Rocco," Ryan Wright, General Manager at Zao Island said. "It's a really fun outdoor venue that is unlike anything I've seen around. We have a lot of great craft and specialty drinks available too. It's a fun place for adults to sit back and enjoy live music."

"We have seen a lot of families hang out and listen to the music. The music makes for a great ambiance and adds to insuring that all our customers have fun at the park. Our music venue is unique because kids and adults can both enjoy the patio and listen to the music," Don said.
