Porter Regional Hospital recently added Concierge Services to its list of patient-centered amenities. We are happy to introduce Concierges Jennifer Thatcher, Kurt Odenthal and Denise Gonzalez who will be providing hospitality type services to our patients, visitors, associates, medical staff and volunteers.
"At the Concierge desk our goal is to provide a feeling of friendliness, hospitality and customer service for both patients and families. Our hope is that this same feeling will set a positive tone and reflect every encounter they have at Porter Regional Hospital," explained Talia Healy, director, Patient Access.
The Concierge services are available at the front desk in the main lobby of Porter Regional Hospital from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. The Concierges may be reached by phone at 983-8900 or email at Concierge@porterhealth.com.
