NorthShore Health Centers is expanding! A new location in Hammond is opening on January 13th, located at 6920 Indianapolis Blvd. This location will include Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Family Practice, and Dental, with the plan to add Urgent Care beginning March of 2014.
Please join us on January 16th, 4 pm, for our Grand Opening Celebration! We welcome the Hammond community to join us for refreshments and to tour the facility.
The Merrillville location is also expanding, adding 7 new exam rooms to the facility, to be finished by the end of December. The Merrillville center is located at 6091 Broadway.
These additions will continue to support NorthShore’s mission to meet the dental and health care needs of residents in Northwest Indiana. A non-profit organization, Northshore Health Centers is dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured in Porter and Lake Counties. Patients are seen on both a scheduled and walk-in basis.
