Stephanie Dickard, RN, has been named the new Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Porter Regional Hospital.
Dickard began her career with Porter more than 10 years ago as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. She has served in the role of ICU supervisor and has played an instrumental role in leading the Intensive Care Units in process improvement, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Dickard graduated from Purdue North Central with her Associates Degree in Nursing. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
