State Offers Help for Those Who Can’t Afford Insurance

rot7Persons who cannot afford health insurance are invited to attend free informational seminars on the state’s Healthy Indiana Plan this month in Michigan City and in Hammond.

Experts from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration will discuss medical, dental and vision insurance plan options at 4 p.m. June 4 at the Michigan City Public Library, 100 E. 4th St.; and at 6 p.m. June 9 and 3:30 p.m. June 10 at the Hammond Public Library, 564 State St.
