VNA Taking Tricia’s Scholarship Applications

VNA-Taking-Tricias-Scholarship-ApplicationsThere is still time to apply for Tricia’s Scholarship. The VNA and the family of Tricia Marie Simpson Russell, a nurse at the VNA until her death, established Tricia’s Scholarship in 2008 to assist individual nurses or nursing students to advance their education. Last year, the committee awarded scholarships in the amount of $3,000.

Applicants for Tricia’s Scholarship must be residents of northwest Indiana and able to provide evidence of application to or current enrollment in a nursing program.

Guidelines and applications may be obtained at the VNA Development office, 2401 Valley Drive, Valparaiso, or online at www.vnanwi.org/about-us/scholarships. Applications are due to the Visiting Nurse Association by January 12, 2018. For more information call 219-531-8078.
