Leading the pack for a healthy walk will be Family Medicine Physician Dr. Alex Alvarez. Each Thursday at 8 a.m. from April 17 through May 29, Dr. Alvarez will deliver a brief presentation on a current health topic, then head participants off for a healthy walk. Length of walk will be from 1/4 mile to 2 miles.
The presentations will be held at the Hebron Community Center, 611 N. Main Street in Hebron. This community event is free. Please register by calling 219-465-3586.
