On September 8, the 12th Annual Walk for Lupus Now of Northwest Indiana will take place at Lake County Fairgrounds in Crown Point. Start a team, join a team or participate as an individual - everyone is encouraged to join the fight, and join the fun.
Lupus is a life-threatening chronic autoimmune disease affecting an estimated 1.5 million Americans, including 36,000 residents in Indiana. Proceeds will fund Indiana patient support and lupus education programs.
Registration will take place at 9:30 am, Walk Start at 11:00 a.m. There is no fee to participate.
