Lively and fun describe the new series of events coming to Valpo’s Central Park Plaza this summer.
“Porter Regional Hospital Fit Fridays” will include interactive lunchtime events from noon – 1:00 on most Fridays in June, July and August. Try out “Youth Fit” this Friday, June 7 especially suited for ages 6 & up, instructed by Integrated Movement. Other upcoming Fit Fridays will include Zumba, Tai Chi, Salsa and Swing Dancing, a Kids Dance Party and more.
