Two class times are available - 8:15-9:00am or 9:15-10:00am.
Join our Aqua Exercise Instructor, Jackie Babcock, for this gentle aqua experience. Our program will provide strength, balance & flexibility benefits in a fun, motivating environment. All participants must bring their own towels & aqua shoes are recommended. This program will be offered off-site at our Working Well Regional Occupational Health Facility, 4111 Franklin St., Michigan City, IN. This program will be open to both members & non-members for ($36) each session. Registration must be completed 3 business days prior to start date of class. Minimum attendance required.
