Pumps Fitness to Offer Two Super-Charged Healthy Conscience Classes per Week

rot5This 5-week class program integrates physical fitness (each week offers a different fitness class) with nutritional and weight-loss information in order to give participants invaluable information on a healthy, physically fit lifestyle. In this 1.5 hour, 2 times per week program, participants will learn what steps they need to take to achieve their goals, whether it is weight loss, strengthening and toning, or simply learning what to put into their bodies for optimal performance and results.
