Pumps Fitness, Inc. in Valparaiso would like tell you all about this new program personal trainers have been using, made with the help of a few personal training clients (who have been used as test subjects... that's code for "Guinea pig").
The program is a faster way to burn belly fat, lose weight and get a toned body.
Since unveiling this incredible fitness program, Pumps Fitness has been getting responses from people who want to be in the first "beta test group" to validate the “Get Beach Ready Program.”
It was a bit overwhelming to see how many people replied back so quickly and asked to be in the beta test group. So now, Pumps Fitness has finalized the program and here's how it's going to work.
It’s called the "28 Day Full Body Shred.”
The entire program is only going to be 28 days long… it's in the name.
The fitness experts will provide you with a “done for you” meal plan crafted by Registered Dieticians to help you increase your metabolism and burn fat. (This is NOT a diet, it's a 28 modified meal plan where all you have to do is read it and eat it.)
You'll need to workout with a trainer 3-5 times per week in a group setting during the 28 day program.
The workouts will be challenging, even hard at times, but never impossible. And you'll always have motivation and accountability from the rest of the group and your trainer.
Here's the best part... you will be constantly motivated by your trainers and other members of the program in our private Facebook group.
At the end of the 28 days you should see weight loss of 10-15 pounds and a tighter, more defined body. (You might even drop a clothes size or two). The program starts next Wednesday July 5th.
Now, typically clients pay around $360/month or more to get personal training from a Pumps Fitness personal trainer.
But since this is going to be the first time (beta group) that the fitness center tries out this program on "non-clients,” Pumps Fitness is going to only charge $97 bucks for the entire 28-day full body shred AND meal plan.
But there's one small catch to all this...
Only 15 people will be taken on for the beta test group because everyone at Pumps Fitness wants to be sure that each individual participant is given plenty of attention.
So if you want fast fat burn, and a lean more toned body in only 28 days, and if you're not afraid of a little hard work and can put in 3-5 days per week for just four weeks then this may be the program for you.
