When disaster strikes, while most people will run away from the disaster location, there are a group of people who rush into the scene. These are the brave men and women of the police departments, fire departments, emergency services personal and other law enforcement agencies. They bring rescue where there is injury, hope where there is despair, comfort and joy where there is sadness.
