Dr. Bhojraj, Practicing Physician
Dr. Bhojraj was in private practice in Merrillville, IN for many years before closing it in February 2012, to join NorthShore Health Centers.
Dr. Ramsey who has been in private practice in Chicago and Northwest Indiana for many years is also an integral part of the NorthShore Community Health Centers OB/GYN team.
Dr. Rivera, Practicing Physician
Dr. Rivera has been a practicing physician in the Lake Station area for over 30 years.
Elizabeth Marcotte, Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth joined NorthShore as an RN after completing her Bachelor's degree in nursing. She worked as the Nurse Manager until her desire for hands on patient care led her to go back to school to complete her Master's degree.
Dr. Ostrowski, Family and Urgent Care
Dr. Ostrowski, a native to Northwest Indiana, has been in private practice in Portage for many years, in addition to the service he provides for many of NorthShore Community Health Centers' Family and Urgent care patients.
Dr. Lawson was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana, where he was in private practice for many years. The oldest of 3 children, he helps care for his grandmother who is ill and in turn helped him financially during his undergraduate studies.
Shelly Surber, Nurse Practitioner
Shelly, a Nurse Practitioner for many years, joined NorthShore to provide health services for Lake Station students, and their families, when our Teen Clinic opened in the Edison Jr./Sr. High School.
Dr. Wargo, Dental Director
Dr. Wargo, the Dental Director for NorthShore Health Centers, is a native of Northwest Indiana, and grew up in the Crown Point area. Upon completing her formal education, she returned to the "Region" to begin her career. She has been practicing at NorthShore Health Centers for several years, and is dedicated to providing quality dental care for patients of all ages.
