Porter Regional Hospital Wins Construction Project Awards

Porter-Regional-HospitalPorter Regional Hospital, which opened August 25, 2012, recently won two construction project awards. They include:

  • Porter's contractor, Robins & Morton, recently won the Associated Builders and Contractors Award of Excellence. This award honors all members of the construction team, the owner, designer and contractor and is judged by an out-of-state panel of professionals on quality control, safety record, scheduling, value engineering and unique challenges faced in completing the project.
  • Porter Regional Hospital subcontractor Rieth-Riley Construction Company recently was awarded the Pavement Award - Non Governmental New Construction by the Asphalt Pavement Association of Indiana (APAI). APAI recognizes the highest quality asphalt paving projects throughout the state.
