Purdue Northwest Releases 2016 Summer Youth Camps Schedule

Purdue-Northwest-Releases-2016-Summer-Youth-Camps-ScheduleThe Purdue University Northwest Athletic Department has released its 2016 summer camp schedule, with plans to offer seven different sessions among five different sports for youth in grades kindergarten through high school seniors.

PNW Head Men's Soccer Coach Ryan Hayes will lead two soccer camps at Hammond's Dolwing Park in June, with a one-day, Boys' High School ID Camp (Grades 9-12) set for June 18 and a Boys and Girls Elite Camp (grades U8-U14) slated June 20-24.

Purdue Northwest Head Men's Basketball Coach Matt Bush will host two camps as well in late June, with a Little Dribbler's Camp (Grades 2-8) and Boys Advanced Shooting Camp (grades 6-9) set for June 27-30 on the Calumet Campus in Hammond.

In July, Head Women's Basketball Coach Tom Megyesi will lead his annual Girls Basketball Day Camp (grades 3-8) July 11-14 on the Calumet Campus.

To round out the summer camp season, Head Volleyball Coach Julie Wiejak will offer two camps, with a Girls Day Camp (Grades K-8) set for July 11-14, followed by the second annual Elite Overnight Camp (grades 7-12) slated for July 18-21. Both camps will take place on the Calumet Campus in Hammond.
