Valparaiso University softball pitching coach Monica Wright will be hosting a weekly fall pitching clinic beginning Sept. 12, with a total of six sessions held on Monday evenings at the Valpo Softball Field open to applicants between the ages of eight and 18.
The pitching clinic sessions will provide an overview of the fundamental mechanics that are essential to being a dominant pitcher at any level. Pitchers will go through drills utilized for pitching speed and endurance as well as pitch movement. Clinics will be low in number in effort to offer more one on one experience for camper and Coach.
