We are still looking for approximately 200 volunteers for the Mudathlon on Saturday, July 21, Valparaiso, IN. This event is full of possibilities; from playing in the mud- to meeting knew people! If you haven't experienced yourself this is a perfect opportunity to come out and see what the atmosphere is all about!

I tested one of our courses first hand and it was AMAZING!!! I can't tell you how much fun it was... if you are able to share your time with us.. half the battle will be trying to resist the temptation of wanting to dive right into the MUDDY mess :) Trust me ... I couldn't!!! 8-))
There are three times to volunteer:
- 6:30am - 11:00am
- 10:30am - 2:30pm
- 6:30am - 2:30pm (If you are going to be there and have to drive any distance at all you could make a day of it! )
We provide all of our volunteers with a food/beverage coupon and a Mudathlon Tshirt. If you are over 21 you will be able to get wristband to visit the beer tent, if you choose! Your 1 free drink is your beverage of choice. You will need to be sure to bring your ID. Volunteers need to be 14 and up. So you are able to bring older children, their friends, and have fun with them for an entire day!. Enjoy the music, tents, and feel like a KID again!!! What better way to spend a SATURDAY :))!!
Plus... for every volunteer we will donate 10$ to your favorite charity - or if it is a group, organization, troop, sports club (non for profit) we will donate the money as a whole back to that group or organization! Everybody WINS!!!
Here is what I would need from the Volunteers:
Duties: Water Station
Mudathletes need water out on the course. Help set-up this station and pass it out.
Registration and Packet-Pick-Up
Mudathletes pick up their packet and can register on the day of the event. Help ready this large event for participants by passing out t-shirts and race information or assisting in greeting people or providing directional assistance throughout the race site.
Course Support
Serve as course marshal and assist the Mudathletes navigate their way through trails, wooded areas, and lots of obstacles. Some will also serve at specific obstacles to make sure Mudathletes aren't cheating the course. Details will be provided as you are dropped off at your specific location.
Finish Line
Be the first to see the Mudathletes as they come across the finish line. As they finish, we need your help to give them medals, food, and water.
