Methodist Hospitals has appointed new Directors of Food Services and Plant Operations.
Amy Grzyb is the new Director of Food and Nutrition Services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Benedictine University and prior to coming to Methodist served as Director of Food Services at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center in Chicago.
Kevin Parker is the new Director of Plant Operations. Kevin served in the United States Air Force and has served around the world overseeing facilities and plan operation activities for United States Air Force bases and hospitals. Prior to coming to Methodist Hospitals he served as Sodexo Magic’s Executive Director of Facilities for Chicago Public Schools.
